1.) Learn (4 Months):

The learning journey at TechCareerSwitch begins with a comprehensive 4-month program designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their chosen tech track. During this phase, students engage in a blend of online and offline learning, participating in classes 3 to 4 times a week. Our curriculum is structured into seven meticulously designed courses that cover the core concepts and practical applications of the selected track.

Commitment: Students are expected to commit a minimum of 14 hours per week to both online and offline class activities. This commitment is vital to ensure a deep understanding of the subject matter and successful progression through the program.

2.) Quiz (1 Week):

Following the Learn phase, there is a one-week quiz period designed to assess students' comprehension and knowledge retention. These mini-exams serve as a checkpoint, allowing students to gauge their understanding of the material covered during the Learn phase. Quizzes are carefully crafted to evaluate theoretical concepts, practical skills, and critical thinking.

3.) Intern (2 Months):

Upon successful completion of the quiz phase, students transition into a two-month internship experience. This phase is a critical component of the program, as it provides students with the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in real-world tech environments. The internship phase not only enhances practical skills but also fosters confidence and a deeper appreciation of the intricacies of the tech industry.

4.) Certification (1 Week):

After the internship, students embark on a one-week certification phase. During this time, students have the chance to demonstrate their expertise by writing certifications. Some certifications are taken during the training period, while others are taken at the end of the internship. These certifications are internationally recognized, validating the students' proficiency and enhancing their credibility within their chosen tech track.

5.) Placement (Remote Placement):

The final phase of the TechCareerSwitch program is the placement phase. Here, our dedicated HR team works closely with students to secure remote or on-site job opportunities within the tech industry. We provide comprehensive support to ensure students can access entry and intermediate level roles, ranging from freelancing to part-time or full-time positions. The placements are designed to align with the skills and knowledge gained during the program, guaranteeing a smooth transition into the workforce. For those with entrepreneurial aspirations, we offer additional support for students who want to establish their own tech agencies, fostering innovation and business success within the tech realm.

Salary Range: Our placement support is designed to enable students to earn between $35,000 and $150,000 in entry and intermediate level tech roles, reflecting the value of the skills acquired through the TechCareerSwitch program. At TechCareerSwitch, our learning process is meticulously designed to provide a holistic, hands-on education that empowers individuals to confidently embark on successful careers in the ever-evolving tech industry.
